Hi, I’m Ashley. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In addition to that certification, I also hold a group fitness certification through FitTour®. I run HIIT classes weekly at the SoundBody Fitness Studio.
My areas of specialization include training for strength, weight loss/weight gain, balance, sport specific exercises and overall wellness. I have years of experience in post-rehab training for regaining flexibility and strength after the injury. I have spent the last two years working closely with clients with Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease. I look forward helping you succeed in reaching your health goals, whether that means transforming your lifestyle or training for the upcoming season or big race!
